TUESDAY 05-21 Beef Rendang, Spinach in Garlic Sauce, Jasmine Rice
WEDNESDAY 05-22 | Spaghetti and Meatballs, Charred Broccoli, Garlic Bread
THURSDAY 05-23 | Portuguese Piri Piri Roast Chicken, Chickpea and Cucumber Salad, Sweet Plantains

Was not so sure about this but knew we could use more greens in our diet. And what better way to try something new! This did not taste grassy or green like I thought it might. It has the right amount of cream to blend everything together. We are on our second quart in as many weeks with one more waiting in the freezer! Makes a great lunch! 😄😊 Margaret J ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
OMG I was expecting two pieces of lasagna but I got a FULL pan. Such a great surprise and it was so good. The green beans was a great add but would have a loved a garlic bread. Michaela B ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fettuccini was cooked to perfection. The chicken was moist and I loved the flavor. Asparagus with the fried shallots was different for me. Never had the combination of the two flavors. It was all Liz’s idea, “ Why don’t you cook for busy people like us, the same meals you make at home?” It was a lightbulb moment. Sharing our family favorites, doing what I love and exposing others to cultures from all over the world, just like we do with our kids.
